Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to ship it to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at shopthebeachfarm@gmail.com with your receipt or with some proof of purchase and your reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your refund will then be processed once the item has arrived back to us. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the event an item is sent back to us.
