Q: What if I have an issue/question with my order?
A: No problem! Feel free to email us at at shopthebeachfarm@gmail.com with any issues, questions, comments or concerns about your order and we will follow up with you as soon as possible! Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: For domestic orders we offer a standard $3.99 flat rate shipping option in which orders should arrive with in 3-5 days after the package has shipped. We currently do not offer any express shipping options.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes we do! Worldwide shipping is available and the shipping price will vary based on the country being shipped to. This international shipping price will appear at check out.
Q: How do I get free shipping?
A: All U.S. based customers who place an order for at least $55 or more will be offered free shipping at check out!
Q: How long after I place my order will it arrive?
A: All of our orders usually take 3-5 days to ship an order and another 3-5 days for the shipment to arrive. Therefore on average orders should arrive within 6-12 days after the order is placed!
Q: What if I want to order a 4XL or 5XL?
A: We can do this for you! Although these sizes aren't offered under our regular product listings if you email us at shopthebeachfarm@gmail.com with the specific design/s and size/s you'd like to order we can create a custom order for you! Depending on the size this may not be printed on a Comfort Colors t-shirt.
Q: Can I order a shirt for my little one?
A: Yes! We want you and your entire family to embrace The Beach Farm look, so feel free to email us at shopthebeachfarm@gmail.com with the specific design/s and youth/ toddler size/s you'd like to order and we can create a custom order for you! Depending on the size this may not be printed on a Comfort Colors t-shirt.
Q: Does TBE do custom orders?
A: Yes! Depending on the request we can definitely do our best in making your magical vision a reality! Wether you'd like our unique designs printed on a different color t-shirt, a tank top, a sweatshirt or want a completely new design you'd like us to create, feel free to email us at shopthebeachfarm@gmail.com and we will do our best to bring your vision to life!
